• I´d go the other way: Less mature clothing for teens. They look too much like adults anyway.

  I get it. I hope we get hipper clothing in EPs. Or, even better, an actual pre-teen life stage.

  Agreed. That´s another reason why I would be more comfortable with younger looking teens than older dressing kids.
  My problem at the moment is, that if I style my teens to look younger, the other teens do not know they are supposed to be pre-teens. I´m afraid if I turn my back on them to play another family, the make-believe 14 year olds will have randomly developed romance bars with the regular teens.

  Unique teen clothing would be great, to make them more recognizable. As of now, it's not easy to find out if you're dealing with a teen or young adult, so this way it would maybe a bit easier for teenagers to find friends the same age.

  I prefer older dressing kids over younger looking teens because if they don't add the pre-teen stage, the pre-teens will be very tall and that's unrealistic.

• I actually like the look of the child stage as far as their clothing options. I generally like my sim kids to look like they are fixing to go out and play, but I set them up with multiple outfits to change into.
• The kids clothing is the only clothes that seem to fit there age group. Most of the cloths are fit for the young adult. Now there should be more clothing options that fit adults and elder.

  I think it would be really nice to have pre-teens too, but I'm so impatiently awaiting toddlers that I'm not really paying attention to the others yet, but I think I agree that teenagers need a lot of work in game and toddlers need to make a comeback.
  The idea of clothing that's a bit more mature might help make it seem like there's a pre-teen lifestage. So, I think that's a good idea.
  
• I know everyone is hoping for a preteen stage, but a preteen can be 10 years old. Knowing EA, if they were to make preteens, they would look just like the children and have the same behavior. I'm hoping for a young teen stage, modeled after a 13-year-old. I think of the children as 8 and the teens as 18 (which is a young adult, so young adults are almost pointless in The Sims 4), so 13 falls perfectly in the middle. I hope these young teens get the more mature clothing, not the children themselves.
