Follow the steps below and check if it helps

Method 1:I suggest that you check if you have the same issue in ‘Safe mode’ this, issue can be caused by Third Party.

a. Restart your computer if it is powered on.

b. Tap the F8 key after your computer initially powers on.

c. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options menu you can stop tapping.

d. Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.

e. Select Safe Mode and press Enter.

f. Logon to your computer using an account with Administrator privileges.

If you don’t have the issue in ‘Safe Mode’, set your computer to clean boot:

a. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

b. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

c. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.

d. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.

e. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.

f. Click OK.

g. When you are prompted, click Restart.

Method 2:I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the SD card again and check if it works.

So, you should check whether there are .nomedia files and delete them if there are.

Solution 4: Format Your Android SD Card

You should use this solution when all of the solutions above couldn't help.

This solution can be divided into two cases:

Case 1: Data on SD card can be shown on your computer

Formatting the SD card will delete all files on it, so you should first back up your SD card to your computer.

Step 1: Back up the Data on the Android SD Card to Your Computer

One method to back up the data on the SD card is to use Copy + Paste commands. However, to copy many large files on the SD card with ease, you should use the Copy Partition function of MiniTool Partition Wizard.
