Eso Launcher Error 206
i had windows 8 pro and every thing was nice then it started to show problems and become so slow so i re-installed the same verision of windows 8 again to get rid of the problems then many progams which i had on my previous windows when i try to install them they give that error 'application unable to start correctly error 0xc000007b' one of the application giving that error is fifa 14 i tried 3 different types of fifa 14 same error i installed windows 8.1 same error when fifa 14 and other apps start how can i fix this please help

Spam open and close the launcher. Click through the messages before closing each time. There are some tricks or whatever that people are trying with deleting files and repatching but I find the actual thing that is fixing it is the closing and opening the launcher that this method requires anyway.
